Add a Safari URL to an Address Book card

Copy and Paste is so old-fashioned and tedious. If you want to add the URL for a friend or a business to a card in Address Book a simple menu command will do it. Here’s how.

Open the URL in Safari
Add an URL from Safari to Address Book.
Open Safari and open the URL you want to add to the Address Book. Leave Safari open.
Open the card in Address Book
Open Address Book and select the card you want to add the URL to.
Use the Address Book’s Card menu
Go to the Card menu in Address Book and choose Add URL from Safari. The URL is added to the Address Book card.
It doesn’t get much easier.
